hirly

hirly is a job-application tool that reads your resume once, then scores every live opening against it so you can see where you actually stand before spending any effort. For each match it writes a resume and cover letter aimed at that specific posting, and fills the ATS application form so you only have to review the result and submit it. Nothing is sent on your behalf without you looking at it first. There is a free preview rather than a free tier: three live openings scored against your resume, with the tailored resume and cover letter readable in full and no card required. Downloading those documents or applying needs a paid plan. Pro is $8.99 a month for 15 applications a day against 400 ranked matches, Autopilot is $29 a month for 40 a day against 800. Pricing is flat and monthly, with no per-application fees, and you can cancel at any time.
