ApprovaVisa

Getting your passport photo ready should be a small part of your travel plans. ApprovaVisa helps you prepare passport and visa photos online, using a photo you upload from home.

Choose your country and document type, then upload your image. ApprovaVisa checks the photo and prepares the crop, dimensions, and background according to the selected workflow. You can preview the result before paying, so you can see what you’re getting.

Your download includes a digital photo for online applications and an A4 print sheet for printing locally. Whether you’re preparing for a passport renewal or a visa application, it’s a practical way to get your photo files ready without making a separate trip to a photo studio.

Photo requirements vary between countries and documents. ApprovaVisa provides guidance for the selected option, but you should also check the receiving authority’s current rules, especially where background editing is restricted. Final acceptance rests with that authority.
