Being in a band or more than one takes time. It means sending forty messages to schedule a rehearsal night, keeping track of the repertoire, adjusting sheet music, and making sure the setlists are up to date. Getting everyone on stage, playing the same song at the same time, while managing all of that in the background, is harder than it sounds.

**What does BandUp do?**

BandUp gives a band a single, synchronized workspace where all these elements come together.

The repertoire, lyrics, chords, key, and BPM are all in one place. Song decisions can be made directly inside the app. Setlists are built by dragging songs from your library into order, with break and finale blocks included and because the total duration updates as you build, you can confirm you've filled the slot before you leave the house.

Stage Mode turns the finished setlist into a full-screen view built for a dark room: readable type, adjustable size, and a transpose setting that works either just for your screen or for the entire band at once. Follow Mode lets any member watch the band leader's page live, so when the order changes in the last two minutes, it lands on every screen before the next song not after it.

Rehearsals are planned with date polls where everyone marks each slot as available, unsure, or unavailable, and the winning time drops straight into the band calendar. Tech riders build themselves from your band data — including the stage plot and input list — and go to the venue as a link that stays current, or as a print-ready PDF.
