Story2Board

Story2Board is a purpose-built AI storyboard agent for filmmakers, directors, video creators, and small production teams. Start with an idea, script, or brief. The AI co-director helps creators shape the story, break it into scenes and shots, plan framing, camera angles, movement, and composition, generate visual panels, and export a production-oriented PDF board.

General chatbots can produce quick shot lists, while standalone image generators create isolated frames. Story2Board is designed to support the connected decisions involved in film pre-production. Its specialized storyboarding capabilities help creators develop scenes, compare shot options, and make more informed decisions about framing, camera angles, movement, composition, and visual continuity.

When useful, the agent can search a library of 270,000+ intelligently indexed real film shots, retrieve candidate references, and explain why each may fit the scene. Together with professional shot-planning knowledge and structured project context, these capabilities help creators move beyond disconnected image generation and develop clearer, more intentional visual stories.

What makes Story2Board different

A specialized co-director, not just a prompt box. The agent proposes shot directions, explains the reasoning behind each option, and keeps the creator in control of the final decision.

Film references with context. When useful, the agent searches intelligently indexed real film shots, retrieves candidate references, and explains why each may fit the scene.

Edit one shot without rebuilding the board. Revise a single panel using a new instruction, reference image, model, or aspect ratio while keeping the rest of the sequence in place.

Project-level consistency. Character, location, and prop profiles remain connected across scenes and shots, helping preserve visual continuity throughout the project.
