Bank Statement Converters

Monthly bank statements usually reach bookkeepers and small businesses as PDFs that are awkward to work with. Bank Statement Converters turns them into spreadsheets you can check before they reach your books.

Upload a text-based PDF or PNG, JPG or WebP images of statement pages (up to 20 MB and 100 pages per PDF). The page count is shown before anything is charged. You get one row per transaction, with merged multi-line descriptions, numeric amounts and YYYY-MM-DD dates. A source-page column lets you trace any row back to the original.

The workspace shows each row beside the original page and runs balance, date, amount and duplicate checks, so any difference from the printed closing balance is visible before export. Rows are editable, with undo. Export Excel (with a summary sheet) or UTF-8 CSV, and combine up to 20 statements from different months or accounts into one workbook or CSV.

No bank login is needed, and uploaded files are deleted automatically (guest files after 1 hour, account files after 24 hours). Failed pages never use credits.
