About Pre-Send Check
Pre-Send Check is a web-based review tool designed to help professionals catch communication gaps before important drafts are sent or shared.
Users paste an email, project update, executive summary, meeting note, or team procedure and select the intended audience: Executive, Client, or Team. Pre-Send Check then reviews the draft across three focused areas: Clarity & Risk, Likely Follow-Up Questions, and Consistency & Gaps.
The tool can identify vague timelines, unclear ownership, unresolved decisions, conflicting statements, missing deadlines, incomplete next steps, and other issues that may create unnecessary follow-up or confusion.
Pre-Send Check is not intended to rewrite a user's message or replace their professional judgment. Instead, it acts as a quick pre-flight review, helping users see their draft from the recipient's perspective before pressing send.
No account or password setup is required. Purchased checks are linked to the customer's email address, and pricing is prepaid with no subscription. Drafts are processed to generate the review and are not saved to the Pre-Send Check database.
