QR Cake is a dynamic QR code generator for people who print things. Every QR code you make stores its destination on a server rather than baked into the printed pattern, so the square you send to the printer never changes while the content behind it stays editable. You can build fifteen kinds of QR code: links, PDFs, files, images, video, audio, digital business cards, link lists, social profiles, review requests, event invitations, app downloads and password-protected pages. The types that are not simple links get a hosted page of their own, so a PDF menu or a contact card works without you hosting anything yourself.

The free plan gives you five dynamic QR codes with unlimited scans, codes that never expire, and design tools most generators charge for: custom colours, gradients, embedded logos and frames. No credit card is needed to start. Scans on the free plan show a short ad before continuing to the destination, and that is what pays for keeping free redirects running.

Paid plans remove the ad, raise the limits, and unlock scan analytics: how many scans each QR code gets, where people scan from, which devices they use, and what time of day your codes are busiest.
