Scaffolding

As persons with deep knowledge and expertise, coaches, mentors, and facilitators provide guidance through workshops and one-on-one sessions. These sessions and the materials (documents and recordings) help the learners shape their becoming journeys. Scaffolding systems allow one to create scaffolds for regular practice and transfer of ideas from these sessions to everyday life situations. The scaffolds allow expression of relevant concepts to the areas being focused on and can leverage existing materials. The learners get the scaffolding packages shared directly for offline and regular use.
