YouTube GIF Comments

YouTube GIF Comments is a free video to GIF maker and GIF compressor that runs entirely in your browser. Trim a clip of up to 10 seconds, add a meme caption and download the GIF, with no sign-up or watermark. Files never leave your device. Guides explain how to post GIF comments on YouTube, why the GIF button may be missing, and how to use your own GIF via Tenor. Not affiliated with YouTube, Google or Tenor.
