Where Winds Meet Calculator

Where Winds Meet Calculator is a companion toolkit for players of the martial arts MMO Where Winds Meet. It runs rotation-based damage simulations to estimate DPS and graduation rate across all 8 builds: Bellstrike-Umbra, Bellstrike-Splendor, Silkbind-Jade, Bamboocut-Dust, Bamboocut-Kite, Bamboocut-Wind, Stonesplit-Might and Stonesplit-Scale.

The calculator accepts panel attributes including attack, critical rate and damage, penetration, defense and damage bonuses. It totals skill damage across one rotation cycle, divides by rotation time, and compares the result to an ideal endgame baseline to produce a graduation rate. Output includes DPS, graduation rate percentage, per-skill damage breakdown and affix priority recommendations based on marginal gains.

Beyond the calculator, the site offers a gear organizer for tracking equipment, a community section for browsing and sharing builds, and an interactive map with over 8,000 English-translated locations across 8 regions, filterable by chests, bosses, teleport points and resources with progress tracking. Written guides cover PvP damage mechanics, stat priorities, skills, factions and cosmetics.

Formulas are verified against official community Excel spreadsheets. Calculator data is updated within 24 hours of each game patch, with a published changelog. The tool is free to use and web-based.
