Voicare

Voicare is an AI medical scribe for physiotherapists, dentists, chiropractors and other allied health professionals in Europe.
Clinicians start Voicare at the beginning of a consultation. It captures the conversation, transcribes it in real time, and generates a structured clinical note. Most generic scribes produce one-size-fits-all summaries. Voicare is built around specialty-specific templates instead: a pelvic floor assessment, a lumbar follow-up and a dental exam each get their own sections, terminology and abbreviations. The result reads like a note the clinician would have written themselves.
Voicare is designed for 30 languages for medical optimized speech. That includes medical terminology, abbreviations and the telegram-style documentation clinicians actually use. It writes only what was said in the consultation, so it won’t invent findings or treatments, and the clinician reviews and approves every note before it goes into the record.
Voicare is used by private clinics and is being deployed in the public sector, including Danish regions and municipalities. It is built with GDPR and European healthcare data requirements as a core constraint.
