MeetDash
MeetDash is a small Mac menu bar app that shows your next calendar meeting and how soon it starts, and opens the meeting link in the right app or browser with one click.
About MeetDash
MeetDash puts your next meeting in the Mac menu bar: its title, its start time and, in the last 30 minutes, a countdown. During a call it shows how much time is left. Click the title or the reminder that arrives before the meeting, and MeetDash opens the meeting link with the app or browser macOS uses for it. It finds the link in the URL field, the location or the notes, unwraps Outlook Safe Links and recognises 16 services, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex and FaceTime, plus any other web link. MeetDash reads the calendars already set up on your Mac (iCloud, Google, Microsoft 365, Exchange, CalDAV) and never writes to them. There is no account, no server and no analytics, and the app itself never connects to the internet. It requires macOS 14 Sonoma or later and costs $0.99 once on the Mac App Store, with no subscription and no in-app purchases.
